This felt good warmed up really well hit some mobility 185# for three felt great I was able to really work on my form every rep and keep it tight, make adjustments if I needed to.  The MU ring dip was good worked on catching and going right into the dips quick after the mu.  The second emom was good just enough time and just long enough to the point it didn't get bad.  It felt almost like a map session with a range on 70% after rest and 90% after work constantly being in the 70-90% range for 14mins.

Got the go ahead to hit up a trail outside on the mtn bike.  It was awesome and apparently goes foreverrr I had to turn around so I didn't go much over an hr.  There is another highway system in mtn bike trail form here in AZ.  Can't wait to keep exploring.
