Warmed up well hamstrings were tight today so had to get them going. Warmed up to the 175 snatch and hit it easily was feeling pretty god about it. I got to 4 reps into the 175# I missed my second attempt at the weight. Went tng at 115# then quick singles at 135# same with 155# and got to 175# I was ninja footwork to get that weight not unsatisfied but always wanting more.

This was good I stepped down every rep on the bj's more for pacing reasons felt like this was a pretty good idea for me I could still move quickly but not blow up at all on them because of eccentric loading. The T2B got tough after breaking them up into 5 and 5 for a while went to 5 then singles then 3 then singles the just singles. HR pushups were not bad went unbroken every set did 7+6 T2B
