AM
Warmed up for a long time hit some dynamic mobility stuff the squats felt good today. Hit 264 on hscl I missed it 3 times then backed it off hit two lifts and came back and nailed it. I was pretty happy with this. I also used a belt I haven't used one very often but it really made a difference. Either way not sure I have hit that ever for a scl in any form. c1 and c2 were solid chins felt great 20 was not to bad wall balls were good last round got pretty spicy.. But it was a perfect push.

This felt great I have not done one of these for a while. Got a really good sweat and felt amazing after wards. I had to teach that night and felt ok on my feet and moving around for 5hrs.
