The back squat felt pretty good I was confident with 325# stopped there. Was happy with the jumps and how it felt. The Thrusters got a little sticky in the bottom on a few reps but 7 was not bad at all. Breathing control on those then going straight to CTB Butterfly pullups still working on consistently getting into these quickly and not missing any. Felt good today. Last set got shitty stayed on the bar and finished with regular kip.
The 7min aerobic piece was good went about 85% for first 5mins then picked it up last 2mins to test it a little the Versa had me feeling like crap Ivan D style but overall I felt pretty good with this. Still a little congested from being sick.
