195# first time doing the squats felt pretty good. Could have gone heavier but I felt pretty fast with this. The Hand squat snatch tng felt alright 115, 125, 135 I was a little sloppy with 135# bringing down and keeping it close then going right into the next rep was tough for me. 8:25 for 20x5 I felt alright on this hadn't done it for a long time I was somewhat happy with this but think I can deff do better at pushing the limit toward the end.
