Hit 110kg for two felt pretty good last rep on last set didn't pull as high had to chase under to catch it. The Emom was more working on breathing during the movements and moving quickly and efficiently. The deads felt good the last set of 6 was a little tough on the hspu's. No shoulder pain at all. The med ball burpee j pullup snuck up on me. That was for sure spicier than I though it would be. My biceps are trashed from not being able to jump after a few bjp's and picking that ball up to my waist.

This was getting through the pushups I could always pick up the bar and do a single quickly so I ended up doing singles after the set of nine and just didn't rest on the bar it drop and go every time. The hr pushups got pretty tough at 15 just had to get through them regulate my rest and chip.
went through 24 snatches and got 6 pushups.
