Comment/results:
3:24 for the first workout it felt good went unbroken on all sets.  Part two was not good on the right shoulder.  Had to call it at 9 did ring dips and 88# kbs.  Felt like I paced wrong on the 3min test it still hurt but I think I held off a little to long.  103cals
