Comments/results:
285# on the front squat missed 295# 
245# hang squat clean could have gone heavier 
5:40 150 wall balls did 55 unbroken then 5s with hardly any rest 


PM 
8:47 this was a grinder but moved smoothly through it.  The 150# ball is getting better just mental picking it up while breathing is up.
