Clean 255# (hamstring felt tight but not to bad)
3 sets 10 CTB Chin Ups (worked on butterfly it felt smooth)

Row at 2k pace
Burpee over rower

Post workout

5g creatine
rest 45mins


15 mins hot tub stretching
Cold pool 5-8mins
