Thursday- Testing Day 4
Woke up around 7 and headed to the pool in our neighborhood.
AM Workout/Recovery- 25 min of swimming, running, and stretching in the pool fasted.
It was already hot at 7:30AM
The swim felt amazing and I walked back to the house.
I had a shake and made some coffee in the french press.
p.s. wine in the back was Sweet baby James's he landed a client yesterday with a year contract.
I am relaxing now and just had a meal. I am going to the market soon!

That was a long hr. I kept it just under 2:00min 500 pace. The last 5mins were very mental. Something happened mentally with 12 mins left. I was ready to be done but knew I still had 1/5 of the work to do. Very good workout I just don't want to do it again for a long time.
