Friday- Testing Day 5

AM
Clean and Jerk 1rm

10 Burpee btw double unders 

Test: No pacing go out as hard as possible see what it feels like at 2mins. 


Comments:
A. clean and jerk 270.6#/123kg

I had a really good warmup and took my time with the clean and jerk.  It was nice to have Danny there helping me out with some tech and speed stuff.  I'm pretty sure he PCs 400# haha not a bad guy to have around when I'm working on my clean and jerk.

B. "Grace" 2:05

I was a little disappointed with this time even though it was a PB.  I learned a lot from it though.  My reps were off at the end but at that time it was what I did so I can't say I could have done better, because I didn't.

I rested about two and a half hours got some food and started warming up.

C. PM workout

This was a good workout for me I went at it hard.  My doubles are pretty fast and 50 burpees are not that horrible.  My Roomie "Sweet Baby James" wanted to take me on in this one so we started a tally on the board and we went at it.  I ended up beating him out on this one.  We had a wager of five prunes and pride! I enjoyed the prunes!! haha I donno how its going to go when we throw a run in it.
