Tuesday-Day 2 of Testing
James e-mailed me my test for today last night. It looked like it was going to be tough and now after doing it I will confirm that yes... It was tough!
AM
As many rounds as possible in 20mins
20 Thrusters 135#
20 Chin ups
20 Burpees
3rnds + 7thrusters
I have a vid coming because my roomie James Taylor (Sweet baby James) is awesome and vids my workouts for me. Without review I know my lack of ankle dorsiflexion really hurts me in my front squat position so my right shoulder likes to take the brunt of the work and my over head position is tight not allowing me to breath effectively thus making the thruster an evil movement for me right now. I have work to do.
On the other note i'm ok with where I am now but as I was getting ready to head to the shower to lay in fetal position with cold water coming down on me, my coach James F mentioned that I will need to get my rnds closer to 5, I replied it will happen and he said I know but how we get there is going to be the cool part... I agree!
