Comments/Results
AM
A. The back squat feels a lot stronger and I'm starting to trust my positioning better.  245, 250, 255, 260, 265, 270, 275 I hit 3 reps on all of them except 275 I did two.  The depth was low I had some right knee pain but not bad.
B. This taught me a lot about how I perceive movements and how I react to them while I do them.  I did these rounds at 115# which was not hard but the first round I grunted a little as I was going.  I think in my mind I know squat cleans are hard for me so I think I will need to grunt to do the work.  James quickly pointed out I shouldn't grunt and I didn't on the last two sets and they were actually a lot easier.  I also worked on widening my grip up some so I pull from the pocket more instead of pulling a little lower.  This is because my long arms.  Amazing learning piece

C.  These are just very humbling still on my left leg.  from first to last set my mind catches on quickly and I am able to do them with a lot of control.  These are amazing for pistols.

D.  I was doing strict c2b pull ups and talking with coach during it.  We lost count and they actually felt really good.  We came to the conclusion I did somewhere around 25-30 rounds.  I played around with my width on my hands sometimes I felt stronger with a closer grip.

PM
I went out and tried to pick something that was hard for me but I thought I could do all eight rounds.  I started off with 30cals and maintained them pretty close throughout.  After set 4 I felt pretty tired.  The last set was really tough I got 29cals and I really had to take it there.
