Training day 16
A. Push press x1/split jerk x2;rest 1min x3
B. 1-5 unbroken ladder 155# split jerk (90% amrap in 7mins)
C. Forward Leaning Rest on rings - 5 min accumulation

Comment/Results:
A.  195#, 205#, 210# This was good I struggled with the push press.  I didn't feel as explosive with my hips as I would like.  But the split jerk felt pretty good.
B.  2 full rounds pluse 3.  This got really tough.  I was struggling with my lock out at top.  I think it was a mobility piece because it was hard for me to catch the bar in a full lock out position after I got tired.  I got tired after the first full round and into the second round at 3.
C.  This was really tough but amazing hollow body work.  total time 7:59

Notes: Met with Jeff did ARP on the left leg.  My leg was somewhat sore but not to bad.  The ARP stuff is pretty intense!
