Workout
300 FY

Comments/results:
This is 10 mins as many cals as possible on the AD.  It is extremely mental and hurts a lot but man what an amazing workout you can get in 10 mins.  300 is the goal to get and it is challenging.  I did 276cals I want 300 next time for sure.  Great workout and everyone got to do it head to head.  It was a fun sat morning of training.

  1. That's insane brother! Tim has told me that the AD will be good for me for quad conditioning. I did this two weeks ago, didn't kill it, but stayed consistent and got like 163. You are an animal!
