Scheduled Rest Day/skill day
I woke up ate and went back to sleep for a couple hours. Woke up ate again and watched shark week. Had some coffee and went to the gym.
1.25 mi jog run tech work with reverse shot toss work outside warmup
12 ghd situps
12 back ext
hand stand walk to pullup bar
7 butterfly kip c2b pullups
30 unbroken double unders heavy rope
rest as needed x2
Mobility t-spine and hips
Met with the Physical Therapist did some trigger point dry needling to help my overhead position.
It was similar to magic.. pretty sore though he said it will be really great for the morning.
Came home relaxed caught up with some friends and made a some sword fish with b sprouts and mushrooms. Off to bed for tomorrow AM session.
