Training day 4
A. Seated behind neck press build to a max single
B. Split Jerk off Blocks
2 every minute on the minute - 225# x 12sets
C. Parallett HSPU Kipped
1 every 30 sec for 12 mins
Comments/results:
A.
I have been working on a lot of shoulder mobility and didn't feel as bad as I thought I would on the behind the neck press 140#
B.
The split jerks felt really good I was actually worried this was going to get heavy quick but every set felt really good. Dropping to the block was a big help not having to bring the weight down every time. I didn't miss any reps and felt like form stayed consistent
C.
These HSPU's were brutal after everything. The Paralletts were high. I had to use two abmats I had problems finishing out with my feet on the wall. Nasty but deff a weakness I need to work on.
