Love getting outside in the heat worked on some run tech threw the shot and did some accel runs to full sprint to warm up the Alactic system.

Comments/results:
This was really exhausting. I used pretty good weights probably started light on the deadlifts so I made a big jump. The last set of power cleans were tough I caught low on my first which made my second tough and I failed on my third. Just need to work on my heavy touch and go form.
