Woke up around 8am had some coffee and breakfast.  Then headed to the gym.

Final Testing day
Saturday- Testing day 6

8 rep max split squat
+
30 hspu
10 chinups
20 hspu
20 chinups
10 hspu
30 chinups

Comments:
I built to a 8rm and stopped at 90# dumbbells in each hand.  I felt pretty good with this, my left leg was a little shaky but not to bad.

The hspu and chinup workout was for time I struggled with the HSPU's.  I did all the chinups unbroken.  I need to continue to get better with hspu.  I was a little frustrated but ready for a rest day tomorrow.  Start back on it on Monday.
