Part 1 7am
Starting 1-10 scaled 10 being the best for Mood. Stress. Nutrition. Sleep. Energy I don't think a 10 is real but because I am a hard grader.
Mood- 8 Tought 6am class love the group
Stress- 6 have a lot to accomplish and not a lot of time to get it all done
Nutrition- 8 been really strict and feel good
Sleep- 6 I havn't been getting as much as I need last night was 6hrs
Energy- 7 I feel great but don't think i'm at my full potential (sleep and stress)

C. Clap push ups went well all unbroken last round was tough.
