Part 1
A. 225# missed third rep on Jerk Footwork felt off this am (need to work on it)
B. 275# had this up and felt fine up top but foot work again didn't feel go today
C. 123# felt pretty good here this was deff a struggle


Part 2
Very humbling workout the kb swings crushed the rope climb I have got to become more dependent with my foot hold.  This was a great workout for me to work on tired rope climbs and 2pood high rep kb swings.  I felt sluggish today for part 2.  Grandpas funeral was this morning could have just been the workout... Nutrition has been good maybe a little de-hydrated.
