I love this workout, time to get the mind right and enjoy nature.
Mood. 9 I am very happy right now!
Stress. 5 I have a lot of things to do and not a lot of time to complete it all
Nutrition. 8 probably eating to much in the evening but weight is up and energy is great
Sleep. 7 6-7 hrs is just not quite enough I need to make sacrifices to get more sleep in
Energy. 8 I feel great and I'm really excited about the workout today. Long days are draining
Motivation. 8 I feel very motivated today it helps to have llcc desk job in gym setting to stay on top of my work and studying.
Life score: 46
This is just experimental right now, it has been a great tool to make me aware of the here and now. I need to take a look at the score for stress as that is a negative thing so lower scores are better... I might have it as a score alone and subtract it from the total of the other 5...
