Rest Day
I coached 6am class this morning it was great as always love the early morning energy. I PTed at 7 Stone is killing it man his motivation is great right now. I got my phone switched over and am at Centrum Cafe studying and updating with an americano. Beautiful day have to work at llcc from 11-2 then not sure what I will do probably study.
