Part 1 did this at the gym this morning and was worried about the 90% it felt great tho 300#
I used 135# barbell stepups to 20inch box
Part 2
I rode the motorcycle out to Site M and did this today!
It was a great experience and it is so nice to get out of the gym every once and a while
