I was thinking about not doing the workout today and finally decided I was going to get it done. I did the 7min amrap of burpees. 108 It was nasty!
I rested for about 1hr and did the 5:30pm class with everyone it was fun! Great group!

55 walk lunge
65 abmat situp
75 lat jumps
The calf is feeling really great. I have been a little disappointed with my met-con so tonight was a great night to get some work with pure met-con. Create a great night guys.
