I just want to start off by saying I LOVE TO EAT! Just had to get that off my chest, I have been hungry!
I Coached this morning at 6am and it was amazing as always. I love starting my days off with a good group of people and all of them hitting the Open Workout! It was so inspirational to watch everybody give it everything they had! As a Coach watching people push themselves is extremely rewarding!
