A. CGBP - build to a max
B. Power Clean - 3,2,1; rest 5 min
C. Wtd Dips - 3,3,3; rest 2 min

Comments/results 
CGBP built to 275 missed 285 it was close.  PC 245# for 3, 255# for 2 failed second rep, 275# for 1 failed.  I wanted to go for it.  It felt good just catching forward.  
My chest was really sore I'm thinking from the Ring dips and burpees on Tuesday but the dips were really tough.

as many rounds/reps in 9 min:
15 DL - 165#
15 HR push ups
15 T2B

Comments/results:
4 rounds 15 pushups 
The Toes 2 Bar slowed me down I went unbroken in first round then 5s then after that it was 5 then singles.  They are feeling a little better.  
I wanted 5 rounds though.
