Monday 

AM
A. clean off high blocks - build to a max
B. FS - 3 x 3 @ 80%; rest 2 min
C. 1-10 unbroken CTB chin ups for time

Comments/results:
A. 253# I attempted this a couple times I knew I had it I just had to stay back and catch it back.  Felt pretty good about that number from the high blocks. 
B. Used 225# for this it felt strong but grindy.  
C.  3:04 The last time I failed on 10 and it took a while to recover this time I made sure I was ready to hit.

amrap in 12 min:
75# power snatch x 75
50 wall balls
25 MU's

Comments/results:
Got to 24 Muscle ups.  Did randy in 4:04 had to break the wall balls up a lot but had short breaks.  MU's I should have done more than just singles in the beginning.  I was still feeling a little congested I was feeling it in my chest a lot.
