OHS felt great warmed up really well. Hips felt pretty good and wide grip felt solid. Built up to 187 for the snatch and missed once then got it. I feel fine getting the bar where it needs to go but the catch is forward. Hit 195# for a ps Monday and struggled a little with 187 in the squat snatch. SB felt solid I kept it pretty light and worked on driving under the bar fast.

The rows were pretty nasty I started at 1:37pace for the first one and hit 1:36 on all the others. Walk rest btw sets was good.
