Comment/results:
AM 
Squat snatches felt somewhat awkward just in the catch position over head.  I did feel really good with some of them.  50kg 
Back squat felt a little better than it had I used 100kg for the first 6 then 110kg for the 4, 2, and last 6 
C2B was a good learning piece I thought I had it in the tank to finish the last set of 10 and got to nine and just couldn't hold on because of grip.  I was going to be around 3mins and just missed 10.  Good learning.

This was a grinder moved through smoothly and kept moving the farmer carry was tough on the grip.  Box jumps felt good.
