Comments/results:
I ended up doing the 50/35/20 chins/wallball/double under today because I got to the gym around 8:45pm after work friday night and felt pretty terrible. I knew it would mess with my sleep as well so I came in at noon and did it 10:24 then went home and rested for the 1hr row.
The row got really tough with 25mins left and I started to cramp badly in my left leg and ab at 15mins. Good experience wanted 16000 just didn't happen this time, was happy with 15930
