30 squat clean and over heads 
30 bar facing burpees

I did this after work and got 11 burpees in I was actually somewhat happy with that because I was worried about the 155# squatclean and overhead.  I didn't feel like I could go there because of the weight so when I got to the burpees I was ready to go all out.
