Comments/results:
The EMOM AM work felt great I had good energy at 11 am. Snatches felt good pushups were consistent ball over shoulder was strong and the muscleups were not a problem. DLS and FLRS were good stuff as well.

I just didn't feel like I wanted to attack this thing today. I was pretty gassed at 5mins. I was not happy with my performance. 269cals previous best was 276
