Comments/results:
The double felt pretty good today in the squat 295# I felt like I could grind more out but I was trying to stay back and use my legs to squat not my back. It felt pretty good tho. The thrusters and CTB pullups were not back it was great practice for me to stay relaxed in the thrusters and I started to do much better as the rounds went on.

This was a grinder just went at it and got it done. The DB snatches didn't feel to heavy it was a good workout I enjoyed it.
