PM
A. clean and jerk - build to a max - take as long as you need
B1. thruster tough TnG x 10; rest 5 sec
B2. CTB chin ups x 10; rest 2 min x 4
C. run 25 min - within that time frame pick the middle 7 min to run at 3K race pace

Comments/results:
I had to do this in the early AM I had to get dressed and take photos for the wedding.  The bar felt heavy on the clean and jerks 265# and had to move on.  I enjoyed b1 and b2 I felt good with the breathing but my thrusters just felt somewhat slow.  CTB chins felt good and strong.  Run was kind of grindy and had some pain left foot.  I felt rushed through the workout.
