I did this workout around 9am It felt pretty good the tng snatches felt good and burpees were fast. Deadlifts felt good and the dips felt great I was able to coordinate the kip well and do them really quick. Rows were good I was hitting right around 150-155m per round. I had a good rower to go against as well so the competition helped max effort.
