The snatch number was ok but it was sloppy I don't think I was getting to the pockets
I went to hot on the thruster row workout. I was pretty crushed after it and didn't recover for the next workout. The 5 rounder was all movements that I could do well but because I wasn't recovered it really hurt me bad.
