Comments/Results:
Back Squat felt alright built to 245# 
The TNG Snatches felt good worked on keeping grip wide and getting to pockets.  The last few sets started to get harder just on lock out catching position 
High Box Step ups were tough with the BB I did 9 reps each time Tempo 3111
Max Rep wtd chins were 12, 10, 8

PM
This felt really tough the thrusters crushed me I did the first set unbroken then did singles the rest of the way through.  The CTB pullups I did sets of 5 except the first set and the DU were all unbroken.  The thrusters slowed me down a lot.
