I felt good this morning the PS felt poppy and I was working on keeping my grip wide. TNG felt good I felt fast with this weight
The second EMOM was fun I worked on keeping the kbs fast still felt poppy
The row was around 1:22 pace on all of them, they were taking about 17 seconds

This was grinder I just tried to keep a pace on the ball with short breaks. The du's were not to bad I broke a couple times just because I missed.
