I was really unhappy with this opening event. Amazing learning experience for me including warmup, 3min time frame, and confidence in my opening weights. This will not happen again

The row felt really good but I hit it a little to hard I came off and the burpees were pretty tough. I did 54 burpees got 1 no rep.

This was a good event for me I got off rhythm on the second pullup but got back on quick it may have cost me half a second and that would have put me in the 42s.
