Tuesday

Update I had the OPTathlon weekend in San Diego got to eat pretty well a lot of sitting on Friday and Saturday.  They Event went alright on Sunday I was limited on the Clean and jerk and triple jump with hamstring strain other events went well.  Fun weekend.  I had Monday off for travel and today off.  I was in the gym training this am then had some work done on my hamstring with Jeff and had a massage with Nathan and stretching at 12.
