Tuesday first session at OPT I did it with my roomie and now a coach at OPT James Taylor. James Fitzgerald is out of town till sat just Max and Natalie have been at the gym. I start some testing on Monday.
A. I worked up pretty slowly, my squat clean always needs some work so I played with that today. I worked up to 245# and deff felt like I had more in the tank.
B. I did 230# and felt really good with it. I can't wait to see my front squat go up! I'm sure I'll be spending plenty of time under tension in the front rack position.
C. This was pretty spicy I believe my time was 4:47. 10 and 9 were not bad but 8 got pretty bad as well as 7. The lower part of the ladder went quickly. It was a fun test I can't wait to see what it is in 1 month.
A. Clean - build to a tough single in 10 min - NOT a 1RM
B. Front Squat - 3 x 3 @ 80%; rest 90 sec
C. 10-1 unbroken thruster ladder for time - 105#/70#
