A.  I felt really good on the deads felt like I had more in the tank.
Loved this workout felt like I moved through it at a decent pace and controlled my rest well.  I did everything unbroken.  I really need to spend some skill work time on ring hspu and I should have altered the hspu's to be harder with some plates.
