Mondays are priority days for me. They hit my biggest weaknesses.

This was a tough wave set I think I started off to heavy for the first set of 6. It was fairly new to me.
B. 185+chains for every set
This felt really good the dept is started to get programmed into my head. I can really feel it after the first set. My squat is really feeling better.
C. Time 3:29
This felt pretty good. I can tell once my hips go my shoulders get fried and my front squat position starts to go then I put myself on my toes. I do feel like this is improving I just have to keep working so I don't have that drop off when I get tired.

This was just hard work I loved it. I like the grindy hard work stuff the cleans were awkward but I could always do them. Great dose response.
Notes: I had right shoulder pain some in the morning more in the afternoon. P-HSPU's are really tough for me. They are causing a lot of pain in my right shoulder right now.
