Tim and I went into the gym at 5am to make sure we got our work in before the Gymnastics seminar in St. Charles MO with Carl Paoli. This was a really good one fore me to work on pacing through the workout. I tend to shoot out of the gates and end up hurting after 6-7 mins so the 10 min work was great for me to continue and just not stop.
Part 1
all unbroken MU
Hand stand walk got really tough need to work on consistency
Triple under brought me back to the days of learning the double under (awesome challenge)
Part 2
This one was a burner for me. Below parallel on the G-squats got tough but did them all unbroken
GHR was tough I used quite a bit of momentum as the workout progressed
Over the box jumps were not that bad
My least favorite of the 3 amraps
Part 3
This was tough but deff a fun one I did all the thrusters tng unbroken
ghd situps felt strong
T-drill brought back basketball agility work
This was my favorite if there would have been a bigger number on the cluster I would have struggled this built some confidence for me tho.
