Every thirty seconds switch back and forth for 6mins
2 135# squat snatch
5 C2B pullups

Rest 3mins
Every 30 seconds for 5 mins
3 135# clusters
4:45 Cluster Grace

Notes: I felt ok just a little sluggish. The snatches felt good and clusters were not bad. My calf feels a little better today. I stretched and stick rolled it then iced. L-ball on the bottom of the feet was good. My Dad got to come home today.
