I didn't go all out on my lifts today but I did keep everything very clean and strong.

Backsquat 315#
2 rnds slow and strong
5 strict glute ham raises
10 2p kb walking lunges

Press 145#

21 ring dips

Deadlift 405#

ghd situp
leg toss

notes: I really need to dial back in on my nutrition. Hung out with pops today he is doing really well! Should get to come home on Tuesday.
