A. split jerk off blocks - build to a max
B. KBS - 21,21,21; rest 90 sec heavy
The runs were going good through 3 then on the fourth my left foot started bothering my pretty bad. I finished the runs and was wearing new shoes either way left foot was bothering me. Slit jerk didn't feel to good today I built to 245# and stopped my top position felt weak. KBS got my stuffy nose and chest rolling hit first two rounds with 88# and got really sloppy on last set around 15 with it.
