Still feeling sick but got in the gym and did fridays workouts. Breathing was really tough for C. and the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 workout. PM was 5:25 I felt pretty good cleaning and going right into the push jerk. I didn't touch and go any of them, again breathing was the worst just really congested. It felt good to get in and do something.
