Could have started heavier but was happy how the weights were feeling as I moved up.  I was happy getting 205 for 3, press out strength felt pretty good today.  The chins were not bad hit 20 every time the last 2 got spicy around 15 but was able to push through it.  I was excited about this one getting ready to hit pm in about an hr.

First set of deads unbroken, watt bike 1:30pace, second deads 8 and 4, VC 1:17, deads 5 and 4, AD under 3 not exactly sure, deads unbroken, run 1:20-1:30.  I thought about trying to go unbroken on the deads but my rest was not long at all.  This was a good one ending with the run was deff spicy.
